Hi Mahdi. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.
I would wait a day or two to try the Troubleshooter again. As long as you find an OEM-BIOS key when you run ProducKey: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/produkey-x64.zip to confirm you have embedded key in UEFI Firmware chip on motherboard for a PC that shipped with Windows 10, and you reinstalled the same exact version and have not had it serviced by a shop which sometimes strangely introduce illegal keys to reactivate OEM Windows 10, then it should reactivate when it connects to the MS servers. What is the Status and Edition listed now at Settings > Update & Security > Activation? I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved. ________________________________________________________ Standard Disclaimer: There are links to non-Microsoft websites.
